Texas Roadhouse selects Deploy Solutions' HR management system

LOUlSVILLE, KY. -- Texas Roadhouse Inc., operator of 180 casual-dining restaurants and franchisor of 90 others, has agreed to use the software and services of Deploy Solutions Inc. to enhance the efficiency of hiring and other human resources management functions at company operations. "Deploy has the capability and experience to handle all aspects of the employee life cycle for Texas Roadhouse," said Mark Simpson, Texas Roadhouse's senior director of personnel, or "legendary people," as the chain refers to its employees. He said Louisville-based Texas Roadhouse will initially use Deploy's hosted Enterprise Talent Suite to manage the hiring process and associated employee record keeping and administrative chores for managers and support center personnel.

Representatives of Auburndale, Mass.-based Deploy said the company's system, among other things, helps make more efficient a number of human resources management duties, including I-9 form processing, while helping to reduce data entry errors.
