KNOXVILLE, TENN. -- The IJ Company, based here, has acquired 4 Seasons Distribution Inc., which originally was formed to distribute to Atlanta Bread Bakery Cafes. IJ will now deliver to 4 Seasons customers in 20 states in the Southeast. Atlanta Bread had decided to exit the self-distribution and focus on development of its brand.
