SEATTLE -- Starbucks Coffee has expanded its lunch offerings to include Tomato Mozzarella Insalata and a Fiesta Salad of corn and black beans topped with grilled chicken. White Chicken Curry with Couscous, Bowtie Pasta with Goat Cheese and Asian Sesame Noodle Salad are other new items.
The several thousand Starbucks units that offer lunch recently pulled a line of sodas to clear space for more food items in their refrigerated cases.
