INDIANAPOLIS -- Steak n Shake said it had hired Omar Janjua as executive vice president of operations.
Janjua previously led operations services at Pizza Hut and before that worked in restaurant finance, concept development and franchise operations.
Steak n Shake had 2006 revenue of $638.8 million and about 477 total units.
