Papa John's CFO is interim sub for exiting int'l prexy

LOUISVILLE, KY. -- Papa John's International said Robb Chase had resigned as president of the international division of the pizza chain, and chief financial officer David Flanery would be interim international president.

Chase, who joined Papa John's in 2006, left to join a private-equity firm in his hometown of Toronto.

Separately, Papa John's hired Lou Jones as senior vice president and general counsel. Most recently, Jones was senior vice president of corporate and international law at Blockbuster Inc.

Papa John's and its franchisees operate nearly 3,000 Papa John's Pizza outlets in 49 states and 29 countries.
