ST. LOUIS -- Hardee's, the 1,923-unit subsidiary of CKE Restaurants, reintroduced The Big Twin double-decker burger for a limited time. The $1.79 cheeseburger has two patties, lettuce, American cheese and Thousand Island dressing. The burger also is available in a two-for-$3 deal.
Hardee's is the sibling chain of the California-based Carl's Jr. burger chain, which has more than 1,000 outlets.
