CHAMPAIGN, ILL. -- Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches has hired Amy Curtis-McIntyre, former vice president of marketing at JetBlue Airways, as chief marketing officer.
At JetBlue, Curtis-McIntyre was the second employee hired and was instrumental in building the company, from naming the brand and defining its corporate culture to choosing aircraft seats and designing employee uniforms.
She also had been director of advertising and promotion for Celebrity Cruises and vice president of marketing at Virgin Atlantic Airways.
Jimmy John's has more than 500 units in 34 states.
