CULVER CITY, CALIF. -- The 300-unit Sizzler chain, based here, has named Audrey Baldwin its new senior director of menu development and product innovation. She replaces Dudley McMahon, who left to pursue other interests.
Baldwin was senior food technologist for CKE Restaurants Inc., parent of Hardee's and Carl's Jr., where she helped to develop the Spicy Six Dollar Burger and Steak & Egg Burrito items.
