COLUMBUS, OHIO -- Chef Todd McDunn of Senesse Services at Scott's World Headquarters in Marysville, Ohio, won first place in the Taste of Elegance competition held February 5th by the Ohio Pork Producers Council. His winning preparation was called "A Day with 5-spice Pork" and featured Cargill's White Marble Farms pork belly, shoulder of pork and pork loin.
