Gordon Biersch selects Altametrics modules

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. -- Multiple back-of-house software modules from Altametrics are being deployed by casual-dining specialist Gordon Bierseh Brewery Restaurant Group Inc., the operator of 33 restaurants in 16 states based here.

Sources at Los Alamitos, Calif.-based Altametrics said Gordon Biersch is using the vendor's System Manager, Financial Management, Inventory Management, Workforce Management and Integration series software.

Gordon Biersch's senior director of information technology, Alex Birnbaum, said, "The e*Restaurant solutions from Altametrics put us in a position to proactively control and proactively manage our costs." Biersch's stable of restaurants includes 23 of the restaurant-brewery outlets and four Big River Grille & Brewing Works units.
