Ruby Tuesday signs 2nd L.A. group in 10-unit deal

Maryville, Tenn. -- Ruby Tuesday Inc. has granted franchise rights for 10 units in Los Angeles to RT LA Group LLC, a holding of industry veteran Troy Saldana and two newcomers to the trade. The restaurants are scheduled to be developed over the next five years by RT, which was formed by Saldana, real estate industry veteran Rob Rittgers and David Fish, a medical industry veteran.

Ruby Tuesday, which has one other franchisee in Southern California, is operator or franchisor of more than 900 dinnerhouses in 43 states and 15 countries.
