KBA refurbishes demonstration showroom

RADEBEUL, GERMANY -- The opening of a new customer center for prepress, digital offset and small formats at the KBA facility in Radebeul at the beginning of 2004 has been followed by a complete refurbishment of the existing demonstration showroom and installation of the latest-generation presses unveiled at the last drupa.

The six Rapida presses installed in the customer center, from half to large format, are configured and equipped to address even the most sophisticated printing and finishing needs of the various market segments. All the presses are networked both with each other and with the prepress/JDF centre in the adjacent building and are embedded in a universal JDF workflow based on the technoLOGIC software package from Rogler.
