The Leeway Foundation of Philadelphia, PA, has announced the selection of ten women artists to receive its Window of Opportunity grants, totaling $17,460. Among them are photographer Genevieve Coutroubis, Malkia Kokuyamba Lydia, a media artist, and Samantha Simpson, who works in the intersections of painting and digital art.
