Most in the least: get fast results with this 2-in-1 move

Build more muscle and burn fat faster--while saving time--with this "contra-lateral step-up" from Stephen Holt, C.S.C.S., the 2003 ACE Personal Trainer of the Year. It's a combination step-up and shoulder press that hits the muscles of your hips, quads, hamstrings, and shoulders while improving your balance and coordination. Here's how to do it: Hold a dumbbell with an overhand grip just outside your right shoulder. Place your left foot on a box that's just below knee height, Then step up as you push the dumbbell above your shoulder. Repeat until you've completed your reps. Then switch sides.
