A word of advice to the formerly chubby:

If you've lost a significant amount of weight in the past, be extra careful not to let it sneak back on. A new study found it may be even harder to shed the pounds the second time around. The reason? Changes in metabolism plus psychological hang-ups that make guys less willing to go through the process twice.
