Proud of PSA - Diffuser - Letter to the Editor
PSA Journal, June, 2002 by D.A. Crossley, Jr.
Thanks for publishing the obituary of my father, D. A. "Doc" Crossley. He was very proud of his membership in PSA, and was overjoyed when he was elected Associate. From that day on, he appended APSA to his signature.
A lifelong photographer, Dad started as a boy with an 1898 Kodak No. 2 Bulls-Eye (I have it). He took great pleasure from his darkroom, where he formulated developers in attempts to make better and better negatives from small cameras. In his nineties, he finally closed his darkroom and took up digital photography. He was miles ahead of me.
Thanks for all the pleasure given him by the Photographic Society of America.
