Hawaii is not a war zone

The U.S. Army wants to station a Stryker Brigade and increase its live fire range in Hawaii, making this the largest army expansion in the state since World War II. Local activists are critical of the expansion effort, calling it a military land grab. They demand that the army clean up the site instead.
