He sings, he dances, he growls. What next?

Interview,  August, 2004  by Renee Newbold

Dear Interview,

Thanks a million for your May [2004] cover story on Hugh Jackman! David Furnish's interview revealed the smart, charming, funny, and humble man beneath the hunk exterior. Of course, the hunk part isn't too bad, either! Whether he's baring his claws as Wolverine or bringing down the house on Broadway, Jackman is versatility personified. However, for those of us who don't live in New York City and won't have a chance to see Hugh Jackman's (I predict) Tony-winning performance live, I'd like to suggest that if ever a big-screen version of The Boy From Oz is made, having anyone other than Jackman in the lead would be criminal. As far as I'm concerned, Hugh Jackman is the best thing to come out of Australia since Crocodile Dundee.
