Infantino proad to "think like babies"

USA Today (Society for the Advancement of Education),  Jan, 2007

Keeping little ones entertained is no small task. It certainly is easier when you accept a little help from Infantino, San Diego, Calif. From their line of soft, jingly toys perfect for little hands that are just learning to swat and grasp to their imaginative activity toys with pieces that rattle and spin, Infantino's creators live up to the motto that they "think like babies."

With newborns, a great place to start is with a Jittery Jungle Pal ($7.99). The youngest can grab and shake these adorable animals and be delighted by the rattle. When the attached link is hung from an infant carrier or crib, the baby can pull on its legs and watch the monkey or zebra jitter back up. Other animals include elephants and lions.

The Spiral Spin Top ($14.99), for ages six months and up, is easy for baby to activate. A gentle push of the large button on top sends the spinning balls and swirling colors up and down the ramp. Children have so much fun pressing it over and over again and won't even realize they're developing dexterity and hand-eve coordination, as well as learning cause and effect.

The Activity Triangle ($18.99) is a colorful collection of zippy buttons, rattling beads, spinning shapes, and a flipping mirror. This toy entertains from every angle as baby discovers a new way to play each time he or she picks it up.
