Hallmark never fails to leave its Xmas mark

When we're looking for that special gift and are not quite sure in what direction to go, we love to browse the Hallmark store. From ornaments to collectibles to their many specialty items, we always find something to fit the interests of our recipient.

This year, we simply love Hallmark's Instant Scrapbook Christmas Album ($36). With 20 predesigned pages, you just add photos and you're done. It comes with a nice selection of cheery caption stickers and the pages are embellished with festive items such as snowflakes, Christmas trees, and gift tags. The page protectors are top-loading and, naturally, the photo-safe paper is acid-, lignin-, and pvc-free. There couldn't be an easier way to capture the magic of the season.

Bringing a new twist on an old favorite are holiday Mugs with Lids. The Santa suit and snowman designs are adorable and, with hats for lids, you're ensured a toasty drink from start to finish. They're great on their own, or pair them with a collection of flavored hot chocolates or teas. The mugs are dishwasher safe and microwaveable.
