Some 54% of the U.S workforce

Some 54% of the U.S workforce is considered "disengaged," lacking energy and passion in their work, asserts a study conducted by The Gallup Organization, Haverford, Pa. These apathetic individuals are costing U.S. businesses more than $300,000,-000,000 in productivity losses--approximately $13,000 per employee per year.
