Less than half

USA Today (Society for the Advancement of Education),  August, 2006

Less than half of an organization's projects always or often meet their goals, maintain respondents to a nationwide survey by the Philadelphia, Pa., consulting firm Kepner-Tregoe. Some 46% say their project teams often are not given clear, attainable goals, while 69% blame a lack of resources to accomplish their goals.

At least 55% lament that the right people usually are not selected to lead or even serve on project teams.
