The Helmet Cam ($99.99) is a lightweight, self-contained digital camcorder which straps to any helmet. It comes with a 32MB memory card and can record up to 30 minutes of video and sound at the touch of a button--no cords necessary. It features auto focus and 640 x 480 resolution, plus a built-in microphone with a 12' range. Also included is a CD-ROM packed with downloadable tools for adding animation, text credits, and music; editing audio and video; and e-mail and playback. Moreover, the software allows users to edit their own video alongside footage of Tony Hawk and others.
