Napa slaw is a fixture in the fridge

Crunchy Napa Cabbage Slaw ("Summer Sides," July, page 96) has become a favorite of ours. Ever since the recipe appeared, I've been making it every week and sometimes even twice a week. I just make a batch of it and leave it in the fridge with a bottle of the dressing on the side. My family just loves it!
