* Miami advertising agency Publicis Sanchez & Levitan has merged with San Antonio-based Bromley Communications. The new firm is now the US's top Hispanic marketing agency, with estimated revenues of $29.9 million and billings of $276 million. The move combines Bromley's media buying clout and Publicis Sanchez & Levitan's promotions, events and grass roots marketing strengths.

The two companies, each 49 percent owned by Paris-based Publicis Groupe, will be known as Bromley Communications. Publicis Sanchez & Levitan co-chairman Fausto Sanchez will serve as executive vice president and executive creative officer of Bromley, while co-chair Aida Levitan is now vice chairwoman, chief communications officer and president of its Miami office.
