Paul Jamieson, Executive Director of SunFest, is an avid transit commuter who not only "talks the talk" of using public transportation, but one who also "walks the walk." As a Fort Lauderdale resident who works in downtown West Palm Beach, Paul Jamieson commutes daily on Tri-Rail. Occasionally he even rides his bike from home to the Tri-Rail station.

Jamieson has also been instrumental in rallying both the public and private sectors to become more involved in Transportation Demand Management. As a member of the West Palm Beach Transportation Management Initiative Advisory Board, Jamieson has helped spread the word to the community of the vast benefits that result from using South Florida's public transportation network. Through "walking the walk" and "talking the talk, "Jamieson exemplifies why he has been selected as Commuter of the Year.
