Sleepy soak

A practicing aromatherapist, I've developed the following recipe to help calm mind and body and promote pleasant dreams.

1 ounce Epsom or sea salt

2 drops pettigrain essential oil

2 drops ylang-ylang essential oil

1 drop clary sage essential oil

As the tub is filling with warm water, add the salt and the drops of oil under the tap. Once the tub has filled, step in and enjoy.
