ANOTHER REASON TO EAT YOUR SPINACH A diet rich in folate helps reduce the risk of ovarian cancer by up to 33 percent, according to a large-scale study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. Study author Susanna Larsson says that oranges, berries, green leafy vegetables and whole grains are good sources of this B vitamin.
