Cell phones to the rescue!

Natural Health,  April, 2008  by Daniel Mazori

If you're injured or disabled in an accident, your cell phone can be your lifeline. Hospital and ambulance personnel suggest you save the name and number of a designated contact (a friend or family member) in your phone book under the acronym ICE, for "In Case of Emergency," so emergency responders will know who to call. Your ICE contact should be someone who tan answer questions about preexisting medical conditions, allergies, current prescriptions, and blood type.
