I'd like to start composting, but I'm not sure which foods I should compost and which I shouldn't. Does someone have tips or book suggestions for a novice composter?

HOPES TO ESCAPE DRYNESS

Could someone suggest natural therapies for Sjogren's syndrome, an inflammatory autoimmune disorder that causes dryness of the mucous membranes? I have very dry eyes and a sore, dry mouth.

NEEDS HAND HELP

My fingers on one hand feel numb, and there is a loss of muscle at the base of my thumb in the fleshy part of my palm that decreases my hand's strength. Is there a way to build it or the muscles of the hand in general? Any information would be welcome.
