undry your eyes

To attempt to remedy my problem with dry eyes, I started taking evening primrose oil. It has helped so much, it's miraculous--this year when I had my eyes examined, my vision was better than last year!

cherries vs. arthritis

I had very painful minor arthritis in both knees. My doctor gave me powerful aspirin, which I could not tolerate. I took high levels of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM, but I still had minor pain and could not walk distances. I then heard that cherry juice could help, and got rid of my pain just by eating a handful of cherries. I now take two cherry pills each morning, and have no pain at all. My husband bought cherry juice concentrate and now takes it every morning, too.

mint on a windy day

As a solution for flatulence, drink 3 to 4 cups of peppermint tea daily. Fresh peppermint leaves can be used to make a tea. One to three leaves make a fine cup. (I crush them a bit, but it's not necessary.) If I stop using peppermint, the problem returns.
