> CORNWALL, Ont. -- According to Canadian Catholic News, the Canadian Catholic Organization for Development and Peace has secured a five-year $42-million grant from CIDA, which will enable the organization to continue its work in 30 countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia. Although the organization has recently undergone an internal restructuring and is reducing its number of projects, executive director Michael Casey has indicated that the CIDA grant is "the best and longest agreement with CIDA so far."
