Psalms in chronicles

1. Humble themselves: Rehoboam, the northern tribes of Asher, Manasseh and Zebulun, Hezekiah, Manasseh, and Josiah. Pray: Hezekiah and Manasseh. Seek Yahweh's face: the faithful at the time of Rehoboam, Asa, and Jehoshaphat. Turn: Asa, Hezekiah.

2. The other differences between Kings and Chronicles can be ignored in this discussion.

3. He deletes the words "and your descendants" since the Chronicler believed that retribution took place in each person's lifetime and there was no heaping up of guilt, as in the Deuteronomistic History.
