Groups scheduled to meet at Congress

Many groups (eg, committees, specialty assemblies, state councils, reunion groups) officially organize at Congress each year (Table 1). Ancillary meeting times and locations also will be printed in the official Congress Program. Specialty assembly meeting dates and times can be found on page 327 in this Journal.

You can obtain a meeting room for your group by completing a meeting space request form available online at http://www.aorn.org/Congress/Attendees /meetingspace.htm. Groups also may schedule meetings on-site in New Orleans by contacting personnel in the Headquarters Office at the convention center.
