Introducing Vegan Diets in a Nutshell

Vegan Diets in a Nutshell is a new full-color, eight-panel brochure that contains all of the basics that people want to know about veganism. It provides substitutes for eggs and dairy products and lists common foods that vegans consume at home and while eating out. It also features the latest on vegan nutrition, including information about protein, fat, vitamin [B.sub.12], vitamin D, calcium, zinc, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids.
These pamphlets are great for tabling, nutrition fairs, presentations, classes, and other venues where people want to pick up information about healthy eating or just want to learn a bit more about what veganism involves.
