About Tom Cardella

Tom Cardella was appointed senior vice president - International Brands and Market Development of Miller Brewing Company in September 2005. In that role, Tom was responsible for fully developing and growing the SABMiller international brands, Pilsner Urquell and Peroni Nastro Azzurro in the U.S. market. He also oversaw important strategic functions at Miller, including corporate planning, DMA planning support, distribution strategy and pricing strategy. A 25-year veteran of the global beer industry, Tom came to Miller from InBev USA, where he served as vice president of Sales from 2004 through 2005, following the merger of Beck's North America and Labatt USA. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Beck's North America in 2003-2004; vice president - Strategic Planning for FEMSA Cerveza in Mexico from 2001-2003; and vice president - Marketing for Labatt USA. Prior to joining InBev in 1997, Tom was with Miller Brewing Company for 18 years in various sales and marketing management positions, including his final role of regional vice president - Eastern region. Tom attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration and holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo, NY.

About Doug Brodman

Doug Brodman was appointed senior vice president of sales and distribution for Miller Brewing Company in February 2002. Prior to that, Brodman served as vice president of national accounts and sales planning; vice president if national accounts from August 2001 until 2002; and regional vice president - Eastern region from July 1999 until August 2001. Before joining Miller, Brodman worked in the beer business for nearly 18 years, serving as a sales executive for the Stroh Brewery Co., the G. Heileman Brewing Co., and Van Munching & Co. He was vice president of sales for Van Munching, which imported Heineken from the Netherlands, until 1994, when he joined Heileman as vice president - Northeast. He was vice president - Northeast for Stroh, which purchased Heileman, from 1996 until 1999. Brodman earned a bachelor's degree in management from St. John's University in Jamaica, N.Y. and an MBA from Hofstra University in Uniondale, N.Y.
