Viper Networks Receives Order for 2,000 VoIP Adapters from Jamaican Partner; Purchase by Caribbean Net Talk, the Second Order This Year, Will Add to Q4 2005 Revenue

Business Wire,  Oct 24, 2005

SAN DIEGO -- Viper Networks, Inc. (OTC:VPER), a major provider of wholesale and retail voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, today announced that it has received an order for 2,000 VoIP broadband phone adapters from Caribbean Net Talk, a VoIP provider based in Jamaica. The order will be a shipped booking during the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2005.

This is the second order for Viper equipment from Caribbean Net Talk, which was launched in June 2005 and is already Jamaica's largest provider of VoIP service. Caribbean Net Talk ordered 1,000 VoIP adapters from Viper in July 2005. In addition to that order, Viper has announced several other steps in recent months to expand its market reach globally. Since the beginning of May 2005, it has signed distribution agreements to serve the Philippines, Chile and the Bahamas.

"This new order from Caribbean Net Talk is yet another sign that our strategy of expanding globally in both equipment and network sales is paying off," said Viper Networks President and CEO Farid Shourekani. "We are also pleased to have a fast-growing provider such as Caribbean Net Talk as a partner. This firm is a strong early mover in an under-served but potentially lucrative market. As Caribbean Net Talk continues its rapid expansion in Jamaica and beyond, we expect our partnership with it to enhance our revenue significantly."

It plans to expand its service beyond Jamaica within the next three months.
