GL Energy and American Southwest Music Distribution Announce Opening of New Corporate Headquarters

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -- GL Energy & Exploration Inc. (OTCBB:GEEX) announced today the opening of the new corporate headquarters for American Southwest Music Distribution Inc. The company's new address is 8721 Sunset Blvd., Penthouse 7, Hollywood, CA 90069.

In further news, American Southwest Music has opened its new distribution center in Houston. GL Energy and American Southwest Music expect to complete the merger between the two companies within the next 30-45 days.
GL Energy & Exploration Inc. was incorporated in the state of Delaware in 1998. Previously, the company engaged in the exploration of mining prospects in the western United States.
