The New York Times Travel Show announced today a jam packed line-up of entertainment, travel opportunities and discounts, cultural performances and author signings for its second annual show, to be held in New York City this weekend, March 5-6, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Presented by American Express, The New York Times Travel Show is a major consumer exhibition and trade event, with over 500 exhibitors. Visitors to the two-day event can choose among the many workshops hosted by travel experts Arthur Frommer, Peter Greenberg, Brad Ludden, Stephanie Abrams, Valarie D'Elia, and Rick Steves, each offering professional advice on everything from how to film a travel video to how to roll a kayak; to traveling solo, as a senior, with your family or with a pet.
