WASHINGTON -- Winning Technology Converts Digital Content to Motion Picture Film; Cost Effective Solution Accelerates Production Cycles

Siemens and CINE jointly presented Lasergraphics, Inc., the world's leading producer of high-resolution digital film recorders, with the first Siemens-CINE co-sponsored Excellence in Technology Innovation award during CINE's 46th Golden Eagle Film and Video Awards Gala in Washington, D.C.

The award recognizes Lasergraphics Producer 3 Film Recording System (P3) for its significant achievement in the category of "production process, and viewing experience of film, television, and broadband." Lasergraphics P3 records SD-4K digital content onto motion picture film to create the master negative from which theatrical release prints are produced.
