Intheairnet Purchases IEC In-Flight Systems; U.S. Cabin Entertainment Airline Supplier Buys U.K. Corporate Aircraft Systems Integrator

Intheairnet, LLC announced today the agreement to purchase all of the outstanding shares of IEC In-Flight Systems stock. (http://www.iecifs.com/). www.iecifs.com. As an Intheairnet subsidiary, the company name will be changed to Intheairnet, Ltd., effective July 1, 2004. Terms were not disclosed.

IEC In-Flight Systems, with headquarters near London's Heathrow Airport, is a cabin systems integrator of VIP and other large corporate aircraft for entertainment and cabin control systems. Proprietary products include a range of LCD flat panel switch controls, routers, and displays, as well as its advanced technology Network and Wireless Technology including Ethernet system for both passenger Internet communications and cabin entertainment.

IEC In-Flight Systems products fly on a wide range of aircraft including a number of heads-of-state airplanes, as well as Air Force One. High-end customers include most major aircraft modification centers worldwide, governments, and operators of large aircraft fleets.

Intheairnet's Chairman Michael Rogerson applauded the addition by noting that, "IEC In-Flight Systems is a leading VIP and Corporate Aircraft cabin integrator for on-board entertainment systems that can now seamlessly add our integrated solutions to increase their customer's technology choices, while opening new markets for Intheairnet."
