ETV Inc. Partners with Non-Profit 'United Fathers of America' for Free Father's Day Gift Promotion Nationwide; Download Life with Father Free at www.99cent-movies.com

HOLLYWOOD -- ETV Inc., the parent company of www.99cent.movies.com, is partnering with the Orange, California based national children's rights non-profit organization to launch the nation's first free online film promotion for Father's Day beginning June 16, 2004 and running through June 30, 2004.

Dads, moms, sons and daughters can go to either the www.unitedfathers.org website or the www.99cent-movies.com website to download-to-own for free the classic film, LIFE WITH FATHER starring William Powell and a young Elizabeth Taylor.

"We're pleased to be offering a free full-length classic film to the estimated 66.3 million fathers in the United States (according to US Census Bureau figures,)" says ETV Inc. CEO Tony Barnard. He explains that downloading the film from www.99cent-movies.com is totally legal and a great project for parents and kids to do to honor their fathers this month.

ETV Inc. joined with United Fathers of America to help promote the free gift to honor fathers across the nation. That organization's president, Marvin Chaplan says "We wish every dad in America a Happy Father's Day and hope they'll enjoy this free gift as a token of our recognition."

Users going to the website www.99cent-movies.com can easily download the movie LIFE WITH FATHER to their computers or burn it to DVD using a home DVD recorder system. Barnard explains that the quality of the download is very high resolution 720 x 480 which compares with DVD quality versus the relatively lower quality of films usually seen on TV which is 480 x 525. The film is 1.2 gigabytes so a broadband connection is recommended. Once downloaded, the movie will play full-screen on a laptop or desktop computer monitor and can also be ported to a TV monitor for family viewing in the living room.

The film is a free gift to all users and no additional purchase is necessary.
