VISION MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (Pink Sheets: VMTL) today announced that Mr. Jong Woo Kim has been named President and CEO. Mr. Kim is President and CEO of Willsearch Inc.

Mr. Kim was a founder and executive with Korea's MCI, D&G Telecom, and Korea Poise. He also created CTN21.com, which is the first Internet TV portal site in the world. This business was selected as a "Korea Millenium Product " and CEO Kim was selected by the Korean government in 2001 as one of 9 CEOs who would lead the 21st century.

Vision Media is in the process of acquiring Willsearch Inc. of Seoul Korea as previously announced. Willsearch Inc. is the maker of proprietary high tech consumer / commercial electronics products and solutions.
