USAA has more than 350 claims professionals along the eastern seaboard ready to handle member claims in the aftermath of Hurricane Isabel. These insurance professionals will set up catastrophe claims sites and are poised to help the 300,000 USAA members in the region, who may have suffered damage as a result of the storm.
USAA members with claims are asked to call toll free, 800-531-8222, where phone service is available. Members can also file claims online at www.usaa.com.
