(OTCBB:ADBL) and J & R Electronics, Inc. today announced a co-marketing partnership in which J & R will sell AudibleListener(R) content membership plans in conjunction with the Apple(R) iPod(R) portable digital audio player, leading Pocket PC personal digital assistants, and Zire(R) and Tungsten(R) handhelds from palmOne(R). Audible is the leading provider of downloadable spoken word audio, featuring audio editions of best selling and classic audiobooks, newspapers and magazines, radio programs, and original shows.

J & R's retail location and Catalog Group will promote Audible.com's flat-rate membership plan, AudibleListener, in conjunction with the AudibleReady devices carried by J & R. Customers who sign up for 12 months of AudibleListener will receive a $100 discount on devices at the J & R store by calling 800-530-2856.
