Digital River, Inc. (Nasdaq:DRIV), a leading global e-commerce outsource provider, today announced that it has signed an agreement to build, manage and host e-commerce operations for THQ Inc. (Nasdaq:THQI), a developer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment software worldwide for a variety of hardware platforms. As part of the agreement, Digital River is also providing transaction management, physical product fulfillment and 24X7 customer service for THQ's recently launched e-commerce site, located at http://www.thq.com.
