early 1970s and continues to receive airplay today.

The story of Badfinger is one of the greatest untold stories in rock and roll. The tale will finally be told on Nov. 5 with the VH1 World Premiere of "Behind The Music: Badfinger." This comes shortly after the Sept. 12 release of their Capitol/Apple Records release, "The Very Best of Badfinger." The CD is composed of 19 tracks pulled from all eight of their charted albums recorded for both Apple and Warner Bros. Records, including "Day After Day," "Baby Blue," and "Come and Get It" -- written and produced by Paul McCartney -- which launched Badfinger's career when it rose to No. 7 on the charts in 1970.
"The Very Best of Badfinger" marks the first multi-label hit compilation by the acclaimed British band and is available in stores now.
