Singapore Airlines has agreed a collective agreement with its cabin crew and other staff through the SIA Staff Union.
The airline has also reached agreement with the Air Transport Executive Staff Union, the Airline Pilots Association Singapore and the SATS Workers Union on all issues except profit-sharing.
Discussions over a new profit-sharing formula are expected to start before the end of 2004 so it can be implemented in early 2005. Singapore Airlines has proposed that the profit-sharing bonus be calculated by return on capital, reports AFX.
