Northwest Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines have formed a transatlantic interline electronic ticketing agreement.
The service - to be introduced during the first half of June 2003 - will enable customers with itineraries on both airlines to use a single e-ticket issued by either carrier. Previously, passengers were required to obtain a separate e-ticket for each carrier or obtain a paper ticket.
Northwest Airlines also has e-ticketing agreements with Continental Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air and Delta Air Lines.
