Thank you for such a wonderful and informative Web site. I've compared Shape.com with other fitness magazines' Web sites, and they are not as comprehensive as Shape's. In fact, I loved the site so much that I decided to subscribe to the magazine! Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for Shape.com and the invaluable fitness tracking tools. I have been underweight for many years, but didn't realize it until I used the online weight calculator.
After having two babies in my 20s, I quickly returned to my pre-pregnancy weight of 120 pounds.
However, in my 30s, my weight jumped to 130 pounds, and I started walking and eating healthfully to get back down to 120 pounds. When the scale didn't budge, I began to worry and didn't know what to do.
Then, after I did some research at Shape.com, I learned that my weight was healthy for my body type. I now weigh 135 pounds and I love how my body looks and feels. I still exercise and eat right, but I no longer obsess about achieving a certain weight. Thank you for such a useful service!
